The Hidden Pianos series was created in 2018 with the goal of bringing classical and contemporary music to intimate and unexpected spaces. Hidden Pianos has been taken across Dublin and into the online world, and thrives on breaking down barriers between the audience and the performers.

Each Hidden Pianos concert includes a performance of a new work composed by Máire which is premiered at each of the site specific locations. These pieces have become highlights of the series. Hidden Pianos is the first collection of these original compositions.

Hidden Pianos was recorded and produced during the Covid-19 pandemic. Máire & Dewi are grateful to the artists, producers and collaborators who helped make this album a reality. A special thank you to Katie Molony and Ger McNaughton for their support.
